Inviting Comments from Public/Stakeholders on

Draft Merit-Based Incentive Policy – Workload Management System

The Arun Jaitley National Institute of Financial Management (AJNIFM), Faridabad, has prepared a Draft Merit-Based Incentive Policy – Workload Management System with the objective of introducing a structured framework for recognizing and incentivizing professional contributions and workload undertaken by faculty and officers of the Institute.

As advised by the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, the Institute is placing the Draft Policy in the public domain to invite comments, suggestions, and feedback from public/stakeholders.

The proposed policy aims to promote transparency, accountability, performance orientation, and efficient workload management within the Institute while encouraging academic excellence, research contributions, training delivery, and institutional development activities.

Public/Stakeholders invited to provide comments:
  • Members and staffs of any Central Training Institutes / Autonomous bodies / Research Institutions
  • Faculty members and staff of academic institutions
  • Experts in public financial management, accounting, and financial administration
  • Government officials and practitioners
  • Researchers, scholars, and policy analysts
  • Other interested stakeholders
Last Date for Submission: 05-04-2026 (within 30 days from 06-03-2026)
Important Note: All comments received within the stipulated time will be duly examined. Based on the feedback received, the policy may be suitably revised before submission to the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance for further consideration and approval.
